5 STAR PLAN: $469.00 Per Year (Save $479.00)
Our “5 STAR PLAN” covers all your bases plus has an added BONUS! First off, we provide you with two or four visits per year based on your filter requirements for your air conditioning & heating system improving the air quality of your Lubbock, TX home. Our technician will inspect and service your heating and cooling unit separately. One visit will be performed in the Spring and the other visit in the Fall. Air Filters are included (***see below for details) and will be changed either quarterly or during your Spring/Fall visits based on the type of filter. We will also include the following:
- Drain pan cleaner tabs
- Blower wheel & fan cleaning
- Insulate refrigerant lines (if needed)
- Remove & clean burners
- **ALL-STAR Savings Program

ALL-STAR SAVINGS PROGRAM
- **All-Star Savings Program - At the start of every new 5 Star Plan Williams A/C & Heating credits $50 into an *All-Star Savings Program in your name. Each year that the contract is renewed, your account grows by $50. When it’s time to replace your complete HVAC System, your **All-Star Savings Program can be cashed in! For the life of your contract you will be saving for a new system. It’s our way of saying thank you for your loyalty!

4 STAR PLAN: $369.00 Per Year (Save $179.00)
Our “4 STAR PLAN” provides you with two or four visits per year based on your filter requirements for your air conditioning & heating system improving the air quality of your Lubbock, TX home. Our technician will inspect and service your heating and cooling unit separately. One visit will be performed in the Spring and the other visit in the Fall. Our “3 STAR PLAN” is a basic semi-annual plan that provides you with two visits per year. Our technician will inspect and service your heating and cooling unit separately. One visit will be performed in the Spring and the other visit in the Fall. Filters are not included.
